Creative Business Solutions is a business name of Sali Business Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 73 628 631 390, ACN 628 631 390). This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Last updated: 25 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and how you can access or correct it or make a complaint.

1. What personal information we collect

Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect:

  • your name, business name, email address, mobile or phone number and postal or delivery address;
  • the content of messages, enquiries and forms you send us, including the service you’re interested in;
  • recordings and transcripts of phone calls with our AI phone agents or our team (see section 3);
  • order, billing and delivery details when you buy from our online shop;
  • information about how you use our website, such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site (see section 4);
  • any other information you choose to give us.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information. Please don’t include health or other sensitive details in forms or calls.

2. How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you when you:

  • complete our contact form, website health check form or “Free live demo” form;
  • call us or receive a call from us, including from our AI phone agents;
  • email us, buy from our online shop or create an account;
  • engage with us on social media or at events.

We may also collect information from publicly available sources, or from people who refer you to us.

3. Our AI phone agents

CBS uses AI voice agents to handle calls. Spencer is our AI receptionist and answers inbound calls. Jack is our AI outbound agent.

  • Jack is an AI, not a person. When you request a demo through our “Free live demo” form and agree to be called, Jack will call the mobile number you provide, usually within a minute, to demonstrate our AI services. We only make these calls with your consent.
  • Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Calls with Spencer, Jack or our team may be recorded, transcribed and summarised. We do this to respond to your enquiry, follow up, improve our service, train our team and keep records.
  • Third-party AI and voice providers. Our AI agents run on third-party AI, voice and telephony platforms. These providers process call audio, transcripts and related details on our behalf to make the calls work. Some of them may store or process data outside Australia (see section 7).
  • You can ask to stop calls at any time by telling the agent, or by contacting us using the details below.

4. Website analytics and cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies.

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) helps us understand how visitors use our site, such as pages viewed, time on site, device type and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies and may process data outside Australia. Learn more at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Essential cookies keep the site, shopping cart, checkout and account login working. They also protect the site from spam and abuse; for example, our security and anti-spam services may check form submissions.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features, such as the cart and checkout, may not work properly.

5. Online shop orders and payments

When you order from our shop, we collect your name, contact details, billing and delivery address, and order details. We use them to process, deliver and support your order.

Our shop runs on WooCommerce. Card payments are handled by our payment processor (WooPayments, powered by Stripe). We do not see or store your full card details. We may share delivery details with couriers and Australia Post to deliver your order.

6. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries and provide quotes, proposals, demos and services;
  • make and receive calls, including AI-assisted calls you have requested;
  • process orders, payments and deliveries;
  • manage our customer relationship, including in our CRM (see below);
  • send service messages and, where you have agreed or the law allows, marketing about our services. Every marketing email or SMS includes an easy way to unsubscribe;
  • improve our website, services and AI agents;
  • meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Our CRM. We store contact details, enquiry history, call notes, recordings, transcripts and follow-up tasks in a customer relationship management (CRM) system. We use it to keep track of conversations and follow up with you. Our CRM is a third-party cloud service that stores this data on our behalf.

7. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us run our business, including:

  • website hosting and security providers;
  • Google (analytics);
  • our CRM provider;
  • AI, voice and telephony providers;
  • email and SMS providers;
  • payment processors, couriers, and our accountants and professional advisers.

We may also share it where required or authorised by law.

Overseas disclosure. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the information is handled in line with the APPs.

8. Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, change or disclosure. Measures include:

  • secure, access-controlled cloud systems;
  • encrypted (HTTPS) website connections;
  • limiting access to people who need it.

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law. After that, we securely delete or de-identify it.

9. Access and correction

You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Contact us using the details below.

We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. If we refuse a request, we will explain why in writing, unless the law says we can’t.
